High school sophomore Nakamura Kazunari, who has no sexual experience and is anxiety-ridden about his orientation, ends up in the same class as Nakamura Hayato, one of the most popular guys in school. Hayato soon figures out Kazunari's secret, but he just laughs and says, "So it's not only our names that are the same!"

Since then the two have become inseparable, until one day Hayato casually suggests that they become fuck buddies. Kazunari refuses, because he values their friendship too much to be passed off as one of Hayato's many flings, but little does he know that the other boy is hiding conflicting emotions and a troubled past behind his teasing, carefree demeanour.
